1Service Description

This site (https://www.quzhan.top) is a website navigation and resource collection platform that mainly provides the following services:

• Curated category-based navigation of quality websites, helping users quickly discover valuable web resources
• Multi-engine aggregated search: one-click switching between Bing, Baidu, Sogou, Google and Yandex, plus on-site search
• Bookmark collection: registered users can add and manage their own link categories and links
• Article collection: save quality article links, organized by category
• Notebook: a cloud memo/notepad tool with category management
• Bookmark import/export and automatic dead-link detection (cloud backup and multi-device sync are VIP-only)
• Custom navigation menus: users can customize the order and content of front-end navigation
• Theme & background customization: eight interface themes, custom page backgrounds, multi-language interface and more

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice. Material service changes will be announced on the site in advance.

2Registration & Accounts

2.1 When registering, you must provide true, accurate and complete information (username, email, password) and keep it up to date.

2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and must not disclose them to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

2.3 If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or a security vulnerability, notify the administrator immediately (email: wsy24mh@163.com）。

2.4 We may, at our discretion, warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.

2.5 Each user may register only one account. Bulk registration, account trading or registering with others' information is prohibited.

3Code of Conduct

• exploit system loopholes, the VIP mechanism or other technical means for improper gain
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this site or attempt to obtain its source code
• massively scrape site data, causing abnormal server load
• impersonate site administrators or other users for fraud or misleading purposes

If such violations are found, we may delete the relevant content, restrict or freeze the account without prior notice, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

6VIP Services & Orders

6.1 This site offers paid VIP membership (monthly / yearly). VIP members enjoy larger category and storage quotas, cloud backup, multi-device sync, manual dead-link checks, bookmark export and other perks, as shown on the subscription page.

6.2 To activate or renew VIP, submit a payment order via the designated payment method with true and valid information (payment platform, amount, etc.). Once approved by an administrator, the benefits take effect automatically and the result is delivered via on-site message.

6.3 VIP is a virtual digital service; once an order is approved and benefits granted, refunds are generally not available except where the service is unusable due to our fault. Please confirm your plan before paying.

6.4 VIP order records are kept for accounting and after-sales verification; orders older than three years are periodically cleaned up by administrators. Keep your own copies if needed.

6.5 Fake payment vouchers, malicious refunds, account reselling and other abuse of the VIP order mechanism are prohibited. We may revoke benefits and ban accounts upon discovery.

7Disclaimer

7.1 This site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no express or implied warranty of continuity, timeliness, accuracy or reliability.
